Fresh Directions
in Design 2025/2026
Soft Minimalism – Clean lines with a softened edge are dominating interiors this year. Think neutral bases with rounded furniture, layered textures, and a calming, uncluttered feel that creates serenity without feeling stark.
Earthy Tones – Warm terracottas, muted greens, and clay-inspired hues continue to replace greys, connecting homes to nature and creating a grounded, nurturing atmosphere.
Mixed Natural Materials – A blend of stone, wood, and textured fabrics adds depth and richness. Pairing contrasting finishes — like smooth marble with raw timber — brings balance and character.
Mindful Sustainability – Beyond recycled materials, homeowners are conscious a core design principle rather than an afterthought.

Colour Forecast 2025

Welcoming Pantone Colour of the year – Mocha Mousse with its rich, earthy base tone
This colour has been seen on sofas, armchairs and furniture as an alternative to grey
It brings warmth without being too dark, making spaces feel cozy and sophisticated
Works beautifully with leather, rattan, linen, clay, and stone. Combine Mocha Mousse with natural materials for an organic, grounded look.
Think: walnut dining tables, mocha-toned boucle chairs, and terracotta accents
Fits into the “quiet luxury” trend—understated elegance through simple, quality design.
Expect streamlined furniture shapes in mocha brown upholstery, paired with creamy off-whites and soft neutrals.
Works well in minimalist apartments, residential homes and high-end, boutique-style interiors.
Trends not
going anywhere…
Tactile Textiles – Tactile textures and cosy fabrics aren’t going anywhere, a trend that will continue well into 2024. Adding depth and comfort to your home, making it feel as good as it looks.
Organic Shapes – also here to stay, pieces such as curved sofas and ottomans bringing balance and a sense of movement into the home.
Timber Panelling – this nostalgic trend has made a significant come back and isn’t going anywhere for a long time.
Chrome – Retro turned ultra-modern trend provides a sense of sophistication to any room and provides a sleek vibe to our interior space.
Rattan – a timeless and seamless look and more importantly incredibly durable. A popular sustainable selection made by many wanting to minimise the environmental footprint.
Sustainable Materials – Reflect a commitment towards a greener future. Selecting pieces that are not only aesthetically pleasing but also have minimal environmental impact is a practice that we wish to strive for and create awareness around.
